Casualties Of War I didn't want to pile on the Professor that claimed Kavanaugh held her down ect.. And although I wasn't sure why I was going to give her a break on her timing of the whole thing. But as things tend to do they're now out of the hands of those involved. We have fucking lawyers and lying polititions running the show now. Both in lock step that they don't give a shit about her nor the truth. This forces me to bear arms in the fight which I hoped to not. So I'm sorry Honey but you're a Casualty now. You're not certain on the where or even when. All you're sure of is he did it in spite of another eye witness saying it didn't happen. Again I'm a chick and rather be on her side but I just can't, politics aside. I'm sorry for what happened but as a girl with older brothers I'd guess it was in the tens if not more when I was tackled by one, his hand over me mouth to not call out to mom. Normally a knee to the balls put a stop to it. That brings me to another point. My brothers were assholes, still kinda are. But this guy is more Boy Scout then Cubby. OMG I think I'd shoot myself if I lead such a boring life. But that's exactly who we want judging us, not me! So let's look at it another way. First if he did it I would of hoped he would of just owned up to it. A bonehead move by a bonehead , wow that's news NOT. But everything I seen feel and have been told tells me no way. And lady if that's the worse thing that has ever happened to you then count yourself lucky. Not only happened but you was traumatized about it? Come on miss innocent, you do more damage twisting young minds in my opinion. Now to the real problem, polititions and lawyers. We'd be so much better without the both of them. If you can't see what the Dems are trying your a Slug, it's all about holding up the vote, in hopes they can win or to use to pry away female votes from the right, (see how they treat women) ... I must say they're no holds barred. Her lawyers are playing a shell game, she will, she won't, the poor poor thing. An ever moving target and ever changing wants. Then we have the mean old White guys of the Right, all tripping over eachother to prove yet again they're not mean old white guys. A bunch of pussys is more like it. Look, she can go in on Monday and say her piece. As there's more questions then answers and something that's well passed being able to do anything about it. (besides ruining Kavanaughs life) I don't feel any more hoops then that are needed. I was going to write about lawyers today on yet a different angle, I might as well do it now. Yet another commercial pops up (did your doctor use this or install that) here comes another class action suit. First isn't Government to blame too, but you can't sue them. The FDA takes it sweet time checking into new drugs and devices, I'd like to think at the end of all that the ones they approve they feel is safe. Well shit happens guys and I'm sorry. Now if I found out they could if produced a better/safer drug or device but it hurt the profit line then is ruin them. But if in good faith we need to give them a bit of a break. Take the lawyers out of it, they're the only ones getting rich anyway. Then like some insurance you can buy your injuries are listed. X for a eye, Y for an arm.... An age factor is added and boom, there's the settlement. Cutting the lawyers and court costs out the real people that were injured will end up with far more money. Of course some adjusting would be made but when settled I'd tie increases to cost of living and it should serve us for many years. Again those with unlawful thoughts or actions would be put to task and then some. All going back to We United as Americans. For I am my sisters keeper. |

I think any time anyone makes a claim like she did, they have to be hooked up to a lie detector......if they tell a lie, they receive a big shock. And, the person running the machine is also subject to the same shock should he or she lie. If the accuser passes the test without getting a shock, then the accused takes a test....and if he/she lies, he/she gets shocked..... This would take place on live TV, so everyone will know who's being honest..... Maybe it's time for every politician to take this kind of a test.....on live TV, of course!

I think opening her mouth for something that happened back in high school when all had been imbibing is beyond circumspect. It's a vague uncatalogued teenage memory. It's beyond blurred. It's total bullshit. Wonder which PAC 10 is paying folks to come up with defamation suits? the words to a "Outside A Small Circle of Friends" by Phil Ochs And as is pointed out the losers are going to be the public. Just like the patients are between in health insurance companies and the pharmaceutical houses. Professor Ford has been lie Detector tested and passed, which only say that she believes it, and this is not the first time that she mentioned the event and Kavanaugh by name (discussions with a marriage counselor a decade ago). BUT as much as I think that she might be truthful, it is as you said an apparently at the worst case one time ever thing where a type A alpha male misunderstood or imagined behavior when he was intoxicated and never repeated it. I am not saying that Kavanaugh deserves a seat or that the senators should ignore this, but if you can not find enough faults in what the man did as a judge and as President Bush's legal council and advisors then you really think that President Grab-her-by-the-pussy is going to have a better nomination next? Not the Whole Truth but the truth that I can see.

Toward 4 a Knight, One a lie detector don't mean a whole lot of anything, that's why you can't use them in court. And the woman isn't really sure about anything, just that it was HIM. Really? On the other hand the most important thing a lawyer must have is a great memory. You bet he'd remember trying to -e someone. It's also a good bet to think he'd know how to back peddle it and not come out with a blanket statement saying it never happened. One person could wreck the whole thing for him then. As for grab a puss as you say, ever hear of being bragadosis? Two guys shooting the shit. How the two girls you've been with turns into twenty? Of course you'd never do such a thing I'm sure. Infact you took your twenty and turned it into two. And I've said it before, who can be shocked that a billionaire playboy acts like a billionaire playboy? I think I see some green forming your way.
