Nothing but the media on a slow day, they have nothing better to do than to go and bitch about someone who is in their minds newsworthy. I think a woman should wear whatever she is comfortable in, not what everyone else thinks !!!

If you look good in it then wear it. Any of the first three look good, though the colour choice is up to you. The only thing I will say about age appropriate is when older women (and men) dress like teens/early 20's and just look like a wolf in sheep's clothing. Older women can still look sexy without wearing something that makes them look like tramps or cheap whores.

#1 and 2 yes,.. #3 and 4 noooo,.. I think if your gonna wear a two piece and the bottoms are above the belly button then why not just wear a one-piece,.. I mean really what the point,.. and #5 just proves my point,.. and yes Heidi Klum does look amazing and those ppl that think bikini's are or should be age appropriate are fools,.. if it feels good on your skin and you look good in it then flaunt it,.. I've seen 60yr old women look better in bikinis then 30yr olds,.. ,.but there are those man and women that try to defy the laws of nature and wear things that a blind person would have to question. All in all its a matter of choice not force,.. Is my point valid,.. I dont know,..depends where your head's at when you read it

First of all I am with you in that it shouldn't matter how old she is just if she looks good (and yes she is a bit too thin,but looks great). Age appropriate means some bitch who never wore anything sexy or nice in her life or her male equivalent who will never have sex with someone who looks like that felt enough hatred based on their jealousy to attack someone who looked too damn good for their tastes. I'm almost 44 and I still enjoy wearing two piece swimsuits. Wear what makes you feel sexy and say fuck you to 'political correctness.' It's just societies way of trying to force people to conform to unrealistic standards that perpetuate negative body image issues.

I only saw one pic, But I don't have to see a bunch of choices to know you would look great in a two piece bathing suit, you got it going on sweety so enjoy it and show it off, you will turn heads in a good way. There is no age appropriate dress code you need to adhere to, blaze your own trail as to what you are comfortable with.

The pic you posted is beautiful and you would look great in a suit like that.. As far as Heidi Klum in the most recent pics. Yes, she should wear whatever she wants, but maybe as a mom she should rethink the way the bottoms fit her? It just didn't fit her right.. I doubt thst men would make such comments, but perhaps women might. If Sean Connery was ever disrespected for wearing a swimsuit it was because he looked ridiculous in Zardoz (Google it), not because he wore something inappropriate for his age. Whatever you feel comfortable in. Coverups are always handy iffin' you start to attract unwanted attention. That being said. I find clothing optional beaches tend to be less judgemental about the swimwear you have on.

Age restrictions do not apply, body type and what you're comfortable in determine the proper style. The style of suit determines its sex appeal, not the type. I used to date a woman that had a one-piece suit that was far sexier than any two piece suit her friends were wearing. Legs cut up to here, back scooped down to there, cleavage revealed down to here - I loved watching guys practically fall over their feet checking her out.

Based purely on my own tastes. I think age appropriate is old school thinking. If you got it flaunt it. I just dated a 58 year old woman that made Heidi look okay at best. You should wear what you are comfortable in. It's one of the reasons there are such hangups on the body and sex in the US. The best thing that has happened to the advertising world is the model who wore a bikini that is size 18. Now that's a woman! Curves and confidence, ain't nothing sexier.

Social norms should not dictate age appropriate attire when it has nothing to do with being at work, etc. Do what you feel like doing and let everything else take care of itself.
